马介强先生拥有15年在大型公司工作及从事管理的经历,并且在过去6年里积累了丰富的咨询和培训经验。在中国大陆地区,马介强在平衡计分卡和绩效评估咨询及实施领域获得广泛认可。

培训师简介–Tay Guan Meng


Mr. Tay Guan Mong is the Partner spearheading the Business Development Operations in Artemis Intel Corp Pte Ltd. He is responsible for the business development of both the Business Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard) and Enterprise Project & Resource Management businesses in the region.
Artemis is one of the market leaders in Singapore/ South East Asia championing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiative. With over 15 years of experience in the business and information technology industry, Mr. Tay devoted more than three years building and establishing the Balanced Scorecard Practice in Artemis. In addition, he has also spent numerous years in business performance management and measurement. Today he is a recognised leader in the fields of Balanced Scorecard and performance measurement consulting and implementation in Singapore/South East Asia.
Mr. Tay has conducted public and in-house training, seminars and workshops, and facilitated numerous local profit and not-for-profit organisations in building and implementing their Balanced Scorecards. His track record include organisations like the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board, KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital, a local Big Four Bank, An Insurance Loss Adjuster, MMI Holdings, BAX Global, Systems & Computer Organisation, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Economic Development Board, National Science & Technology Board, a local Utilities Provider, etc.
Mr. Tay holds a MBA (Accountancy) degree from the Nanyang Technological University, double Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and Singapore Institute of Management, and a Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is also a member of the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative.

培训师简介–Paul Huang


Paul Huang is a senior consultant with the Business Performance Management practice at Artemis Intel Corp Pte Ltd, specializing in the Balanced Scorecard strategic management system. With more than four years of in-depth balanced scorecard-specific experience, especially in the hotel and logistics industries and for statutory boards, Paul has facilitated the design and building of numerous balanced scorecard solutions for multinational corporations, local companies as well as for not-for-profit organizations, both locally and abroad. Among others, his track record includes an internationally renowned Mauritian hotel chain and a few of its hotel properties, a U.S. multinational logistics company, a large Singaporean logistics organization, a local utilities provider, KK Women’ s and Children’ s Hospital, a loss adjusting company, a large childcare group, two local statutory boards and a number of their respective strategic business units, and a division of another statutory board. He has also conducted Balanced Scorecard workshops for organisations such as the Singapore Economic Development Board, MMI Holdings, BAX Global, Tenaga Nasional Berhad and ANSI Berhad. Paul also has experience in business research and consulting, with an interest in corporate performance management.
Paul holds a MBA from Henley Management College, a M. Eng degree from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto. He is founding member of the Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter.
